We live 2 hours away from this dealership. We found a nice SUV for sale online and got ahold of the dealership after immediately finding the vehicle. Upon reaching out we had a woman Lisa help We found a nice SUV for sale online and got ahold of the dealership after immediately finding the vehicle. Upon reaching out we had a woman Lisa helping us sending us pictures and a full video walk through of the car. Explaining everything and we were over the moon to finally find a vehicle decently priced in good condition . With us living in Indiana we told her we would be leaving to look at it. After driving 2 hours Lisa calls us to make sure we are still coming bc there is a man looking at it but made sure to reassure they are holding onto it for us. We get there check the SUV out and everything is good. As soon as my fiancé takes it on a test drive she gets a call from her boss that they sold it. After being told they sold it from under us we were beyond defeated to say the least. The manager tells us they are on a first come first serve basis but Lisa knew we were driving 2 hours from home so why wasn’t that brought to our attention when we were on our way and she called to tell us there was someone else inquiring about it? Very unprofessional and NOT how you do business. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will be telling EVERYONE about this experience ! More
