Hi Kris, this is Mary Bechstein. I was in there yesterday to have my car serviced Jan. 15th, and it was so great to see that Josh is still head of the Service Department. He always lets his customers know how important they are to Hall Toyota. He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and best customer service I have ever seen at any business ever! I have bought all my cars there, and one main reason is Josh!!! He has really made a huge difference in the Service Department. I sure hope he gets credit for the great work he has done to turn the department around for the better. The sales department could use a Manager like him because the difference he has made in Service is apparent to all the customers I have talk to! I want you to know Hall Toyota will continue to grow, and be great with Josh there. I also thank you for your hard work, and great customer Service you have given to me !!
