Walked in to purchase my dream truck and Bryan Douglas walked me through the options available taking time to explain all the details. We finished up my order for a ‘22 Ram 3500 HO Limited Long Horn with walked me through the options available taking time to explain all the details. We finished up my order for a ‘22 Ram 3500 HO Limited Long Horn with all the bells and whistles we wanted. Had a great experience all the way through. Finishing up the deal with “Ram Rambo the Tech Guy” was just as informative walking us through all the features and computer options. More

I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from this dealership under its current management. The only reason I don't give the dealership five stars is because when I traded in a 1995 Ram truck I was offered in wr under its current management. The only reason I don't give the dealership five stars is because when I traded in a 1995 Ram truck I was offered in writing a trade in value of $6000 but when I took delivery of my new truck the credit became $5000. Also the new truck did not have tinted windows as promised. However, eventually I received a check for $1250 but I had to go to the Better Business Bureau to get that settlement. However, I believe that occurred under a manager who is no longer there. Since then there have been no issues on new vehicle purchases. As to service, both Lisa Beatty and Kellie Sinkinson are outstanding. Both have given my service requests great attention, and Lisa in particular is a font of technical knowledge. By the way, with vehicles as complex and expensive as they are today, I recommend buying the extended service contracts which the dealership offers. More

Had bad experience with certain person in service department Kellie is nice and helpful, she is the best that I have dealt with. The worst is Lisa Beatty. I hate to say that but even though she was helpful at first when I turned my 2015 Dodge Journey in on a Wednesday with a Transmission issue it went bad. She got me a ride home telling me she would call me the next day. The next day passed and the only contact I had was a text saying if I needed information to text. I tried that with no no response. I attempted to call her for the next two days, left messages, another service worker left a note on her desk and no matter what I did could not get any info on what was happening with my vehicle. I asked for manager and couldn't get one. I asked the service girl that answered the phone to see if she could somehow find out when my car would be ready-and I'm in no particular hurry to get my car fixed but needed to know about when it would be fixed because I didn't want to leave town and be called that it was fixed. I tried at lease ten calls, left messages, had noted put on her desk, and nothing, not even a text. The funny thing is that I was thinking about trading my Journey in for a Ram 1500 crew cab with Eddie Amarillas but now have second thoughts and may go to another dealership. Note, Kellie Sinkinson is great ! More
