The negotiation process was simple and straightforward with a minimum of back-and-forth. Bryan took the time to answer all of my questions and helped in every way possible to speed the paperwork process. In finance, Larry had all the necessary paperwork lined up and worked diligently to get all my documentation completed as quickly as possible. A very clean dealership experience, too. The building is open and airy and it shows the management takes pride in their facility. A true pleasure to work with, all around. More

He spent time getting to know me and what exactly I was looking for and what I could afford. I really appreciated that he took his time to go over all of the amazing features that my NEW RAV4 has. He got me an amazing deal and I could not be more thankful. I appreciated that he was not pushy with the sale and did everything possible to get me the best deal! Bryan was very knowledgeable, explained all features of the car in a way I understood but most of all was not "pushy", he worked with us until all parties were satisfied with the transaction. He is so thoughtful and careful. He found a peel-off of the tint on the glass, and he said he will have someone to repair for us. The price he offered is also very very attractive, it's like the best you can have in the triangle area. More
