He spent time getting to know me and what exactly I was looking for and what I could afford. I really appreciated that he took his time to go over all of the amazing features that my NEW RAV4 has. He got me an amazing deal and I could not be more thankful. I appreciated that he was not pushy with the sale and did everything possible to get me the best deal! I did visit one other Toyota dealership prior to coming to Fred Anderson and I was not impressed! Customer Service is key and Fred Anderson along with Bryan Harrison gave me that! However Bryan made our purchase as comfortable as dealing with an old friend/salesman. Bryan was very knowledgeable, explained all features of the car in a way I understood but most of all was not "pushy", he worked with us until all parties were satisfied with the transaction. In fact he followed up the next day to see if we had any questions or if he could help us in anyway. Would definitely deal with him on our next Toyota purchase. More

He is also very knowledgeable to his vehicles. We stopped by at around 5:30 pm, and left at around 8:30 PM. He was there all the time showing us the vehicle, helping us with the insurance and stuff. He is so thoughtful and careful. He found a peel-off of the tint on the glass, and he said he will have someone to repair for us. The price he offered is also very very attractive, it's like the best you can have in the triangle area. More
