I visited the dealership with my family (wife Typically Car Salesmen will be aggressive, and force you to buy a car. I had a different experience. I visited the dealership with my family (wife, son and daughter) to buy 2018 Corolla for my son who is studying at NC State. We were thrilled and excited when Bryan received us on the front door outside, and from the very second he was focusing on explaining great details about Corolla. He walked us to the lots, and clearly articulated the details without forcing us to make decision - which I really liked. I could understand how is tacking me without pushing/forcing me by explaining the positive aspects about the car and showed variety of models. He helped us to pick a car (actually the one he explained), and took us for a drive. My son got a test drive, and he loved it. I really liked the way Bryan approached the sales cycle, and negotiated. Of course. Bryan Won. But I am happy with Bryan's friendly approach on the sales cycle. Not only that, Bryan followed up with me several times about how I am doing, which I did not even get when I bought my Lexus. Once I accepted to buy the car, Punit helped me with all the financing and logistics on closing. II did not even have any auto loan approvals. Punit helped me on the process, and guided me in the right direction. Next day, I could drive my car back home. I wish all the very best to Bryan, Punit & Toyota. Bala Mahalingam More
