Very pleasant and helpful. Our Rep. was very helpful and explained the usage of the cars operation from top to bottom. I would recommend him to anyone. He even downloaded an APP on my phone that I was unaware of (Ford Pass) which has been very helpful. He treated my husband and me with great respect. We went in for an oil change and came out with a new car. WOW!! what a salesman. More
