Above and beyond! I stopped in around 4:30 with a problem with my wipers, warranty. While parked in the service center, a commercial vehicle hit my truck and damaged my I stopped in around 4:30 with a problem with my wipers, warranty. While parked in the service center, a commercial vehicle hit my truck and damaged my driver side mirror. The service team was absolutely awesome! Without the attention of one of the service reps in the booth, I may not have known until later. I really wish I had gotten his name! The other gentlemen helping with my service issue were attentive and diligent in getting my original issue repaired in under 15 minutes. For an after-market warranty repair, at 5pm on a Friday, this is exceptional! The Operations Director did everything to help me with the accident, taking pictures, and even providing an on site estimate within minutes. I only wish the driver would have been as accommodating and we wouldn't have been there for two hours. More

Help Service Agent I’ve always had great experiences with Tropical Ford. They were extremely helpful when I lost my power steering. They saw my car right away and were able to fix it quickly. I came to pick up my car after the service was complete on a Saturday, 12/21, evening. I came straight from work and got there right at 5. I knew they were closing and apologized. The girl behind the counter was very rude and told me she would not be able to get my car. Then a gentlemen walked him and said he would get it for me and would have the sale department ring me up. The girl behind the counter wouldn’t talk to me and only spoke to him to get my paperwork together. She was obliviously upset about having to stay. He was kind enough to get my paperwork and take me to the other side. Then he went and got my car and brought it to the front for me. I wish I got his name but have seen him work behind the counter in the service department before. He was absolutely amazing! I was so very thankful for him taking care of me despite being ready to go home. Please relay my sincerest gratitude for this gentleman. Without him I would not have had transportation for several days. He truly came to my rescue and I really appreciate it. More

Being that she has been getting her car serviced at Tropical Ford since she moved from Ebensburg Pa to Orlando, we decided to take the car there for the body work also. I made a phone call to Bryan Langenderfer and asked if he would be able to help her being that her Mom and I are 1,100 miles away. Just as he has helped us with service on her car, he arranged everything for us. From getting the estimate, to a rental car, to double checking the car for me when it was finished. I can`t say enough about Bryan and his service department and now the body shop. Thank You again Bryan, Bob, and JR!!!!! More
