The Salesman, Bryan Meuse was the best and most efficient salesman I have ever encountered. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I just visited this dealership and was shocked that they were not interested in selling me a vehicle. I went into look at the new bronco, I understood that they are not available and I would need to order b were not interested in selling me a vehicle. I went into look at the new bronco, I understood that they are not available and I would need to order but I was looking for practicing their best model and was willing to spend $65,000. They had one model on the floor that was already sold and they told me I could not open the door to look at it. Then the four sales people that were sitting at their desk didn't even bother to ask if I was interested in ordering and getting more information. They ignored me and just let me walk out without even approaching me. I was shocked that they would be that lazy and uninterested in making a sale and will plan on going elsewhere and will not return to this dealership ever again! Was shocked! Just wanted to warn future perspective buyers that this is not a good dealership to do business with. More

Great experience from start to finish I was so impressed with the process.i went online and selected several vehicles to look at. When I got to the dealership, the vehicles were available I was so impressed with the process.i went online and selected several vehicles to look at. When I got to the dealership, the vehicles were available and ready to test. After many, many questions (all answered by a very patient Bryan). I selected my 2016 Fusion on a Saturday and picked it up the following Tuesday. The staff are very professional and courteous. I am extremely no happy with my car, but even happier with the staff. No pressure, no upselling, and they delivered everything they advertised! Thank you Stoneham Ford. You rock! More
