Crown has serviced my car consistently throughout the years and is one of the reasons each of my cars have run well for so many years. My most recent service experience was one of my best. All of the Crown employees wore masks and practiced good sanitizing procedures. Their behavior made me feel safer during this pandemic scare. Bryan Moser was the best. As my service representative, he answered all my questions on additional servicing with complete explanations. He didn't pressure me or rush me. He went the extra step to accommodate a special request. I will definitely ask for him in the future. More

He scheduled the repair immediately and let me know the approximate cost as well as the time required for the work. Thanks to his efforts and careful attention, including the ordering of a replacement part right away, I got my car back in two days rather than the three Bryan mentioned was possible. Finally, when I came in to pick up my car, I was in and out of the dealership in just a few minutes. So all in all, my experience was great, thanks largely to Bryan. More
