They were accommodating when I experienced problems with my car that had to be towed in despite their full schedule. They diagnosed the cause and repaired it the same day. Beware, Crown performed repairs to my Sprinter without authorization and caused a significant increase in fuel consumption and DEF use. Crown says Mercedes instructed them to perform the repairs for the e authorization and caused a significant increase in fuel consumption and DEF use. Crown says Mercedes instructed them to perform the repairs for the emissions scandal class action lawsuit( I opted out of this settlement). Service manager called and apologized for performing repairs , says Crown wanted to make everything right. I explained added costs I was incurring, and Crown refuses to pay for costs or return vehicle to prior condition. I recommend being very careful with service appointments. More
