Called for a appt. Service answered the call & set appt. Dropped off car for recall. Advisor called when completed and vehicle was waiting for me when I picked up. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Bryan who took my keys, asked if I was waiting and directed me owards the waiting room. He came back and informed me of needed services, I did two of them and he was h keys, asked if I was waiting and directed me owards the waiting room. He came back and informed me of needed services, I did two of them and he was helpful, did not force me for additional services to be done. He informed me of what and how soon other services needed to be done, no pressure from him. Because of the way he addressed me, I will be back to do the services required. Was pleasantly surprised on how fast and efficient my appointment went. More
