I requested one service and it was strongly advised against. They did not try to force the service on me or just go with my idea because I wanted it. They diagnosed the issue and then came back to me with a true recommendation and that is what we went with on this visit. As long as I have my Nissan, it is coming here. Thanks again to everyone there! More

I bought new tires. Thomas never informed my wife that this would be an insurance policy on the tires. I got a nail on one and instead of replacing it with a new one the Thomas never informed my wife that this would be an insurance policy on the tires. I got a nail on one and instead of replacing it with a new one they just patched it. Mind you I have insurance on the tires. If I would have known that I would have bought new tires somewhere else. Never was disclosed about this. Very misleading from everyone. Was told that a manager was going to reach out to me but have yet to hear from anyone. More
