There’s literally a problem every single time I come in for service and usually I don’t complain and I don’t make a deal out of it but this time you guys really put on there that the car was washed and the for service and usually I don’t complain and I don’t make a deal out of it but this time you guys really put on there that the car was washed and then sent me a video of my car looking just the same as when I came in completely dusty and dirty. Not only that but I had to have a tire replaced because of a nail (yeah right) and they left the brand new tire at 39 psi while all my other tires were at 33 psi it literally feels like I have a bubble in my tire while I’m driving. More

Bryan was very nice and personable. Got seen as soon as I pulled up to the service center. Although my air conditioning was repaired, I now have no radio stations.Since I live more thatn 25 miles from the dealership it will be a while before I can return to have it repaired. The repair was cos radio stations.Since I live more thatn 25 miles from the dealership it will be a while before I can return to have it repaired. The repair was costly, but the service manager Mike C. worked with me to obtain a more reasonable number. The service advisor Bryon Roberts never greeted me with a smile either first visit or second. He was businesslike, but I would not say personable. More
