It’s whatever, the staff was nice enough. I don’t understand the point of the appointment when it takes 2.5 hours for an oil change, they tell you they wash your car and don’t and it’s still I don’t understand the point of the appointment when it takes 2.5 hours for an oil change, they tell you they wash your car and don’t and it’s still $100. I think I’ll be doing it myself in the future, it’s just not worth the trouble and the expense if there’s literally no convenience. More

they charge for using a credit card. when i offered to use cash. the service advisor took my money. comes back and tells me there is no cashier now. so i used my credit card. then they s when i offered to use cash. the service advisor took my money. comes back and tells me there is no cashier now. so i used my credit card. then they still charged me extra for using my card. so i have to pay for the dealers lack of service. morgan company has over 20 plus dealers. like they can't afford, not to charge for credit card usage. not very customer friendly service More
