Bryan helped me acquire my first vehicle without the hassle of going to a dealership. The process was smooth without hours of paperwork and I had my car in less than a week! Bryan Roth was by far the most helpful car sales agent I have ever worked with. He took the time to gain an understanding of what I was looking for in a car, and then educate me on what an ideal vehicle wo have ever worked with. He took the time to gain an understanding of what I was looking for in a car, and then educate me on what an ideal vehicle would be based upon that. It only took 2 hours for him to track down a 2021 Camry with the specs of my preference and he even delivered the car to me! Great experience, great guy, I will direct all of my business to Bryan moving forward. More

Having been a used car dealer for 35 years, the concept of leasing a car was very new to me. I sold my car dealerships five years ago and decided I wanted a new car. When I called Bryan, he spent about two of leasing a car was very new to me. I sold my car dealerships five years ago and decided I wanted a new car. When I called Bryan, he spent about two hours explaining to me all the advantages of leasing a new car as opposed to buying. He made this whole process so easy, gave me great guidance on what kind of car I should lease and delivered it to my house. It was such a great experience and I really enjoyed working with Bryan Roth.Highly recommend him! More

We were looking for a new vehicle for our family and we were picky about the exact model we wanted. Bryan was not only able to find one but also give us a great deal on it as well! This was by far the easiest process I've ever gone through getting into a car. Bryan made everything effortless and smooth, and had us in a car in 24 hours. Without even being face to face once! Bryan was absolutely amazing!!! He kept us updated every step of the the process and also checked in just to let us know he was still waiting on bank or other info. He was knowledgeable about the cars, paym step of the the process and also checked in just to let us know he was still waiting on bank or other info. He was knowledgeable about the cars, payments and what we could afford and made sure he stayed inside our range and still got us under our budget! He got everything done within 24 hrs and we never had to step foot on a car lot!!! Highly recommend him to everyone!!! More

D&M was slow in paying off my trade-in. Bryan told me to make another payment, which I did so it wouldn't be late. Initially, he said my trade would be paid off before my next payment was due. Then, after make another payment, which I did so it wouldn't be late. Initially, he said my trade would be paid off before my next payment was due. Then, after I had already transferred my payment, he told me not to pay it (the day before it was due). So, now I'm still waiting on a check from my old Credit Union for the balance (payoff amt D&M paid minus the extra payment I made, MINUS INTEREST ACCRUED). I had to make calls to Customer Service at D&M to try to find out why the payoff had not been made yet. I emailed Bryan a couple of times about it, and his response was "I forwarded your email to finance". He made no attempt to track down the payoff issue. D&M customer service was helpful once I got to the right person. I talked to Bryan initially about what is important to me in a business (or any) relationship...trust, integrity and transparency. I was all in...until I saw the contract. Bryan (and his contract person and some "manager") made me feel like I was out of line for trying to understand the lease agreement details. That’s a terrible message to send to a customer! At that point, I knew transparency was off the table. Those lease agreements are designed to NOT be understood by the customer (e.g. "Net Capitalized Cost"). I would like SOMEONE at D&M to explain the numbers to me, and where they came from! Bryan was unwilling or unable to explain where some of the costs in the agreement were coming from! I STILL do not know! Early on, Bryan kept stating how much he would be in contact with me. The last I heard from Bryan was when I talked to him on 9/15/20 (text and phone) about how I felt regarding his lack of transparency, and that he was purposefully not disclosing the information I asked about, and misleading me. I was also shocked when he said that his contract person, in the 12 years she has been at D&M, has never had a customer ask so many questions about the lease agreement! I find that extremely difficult to believe. My question for D&M management is, who do I work with from D&M now? Bryan said he was told not to contact me, but felt the need to reach out to me that one last time to apologize. After reading some of the other comments here, I don't think this is a common experience with D&M. I'll be waiting for someone from D&M to contact me... More
