My husband and I had a truly wonderful experience purchasing our new (to us!) car at EchoPark Thornton. We had no intent of actually making a purchase at our initial visit to the dealership, and the purchasing our new (to us!) car at EchoPark Thornton. We had no intent of actually making a purchase at our initial visit to the dealership, and the technician we worked with, Bryan, completely respected the fact that we were there just to take some test drives. In the interim between our first and second visits, I was very pleasantly surprised that I didn’t get zillions of follow-up calls/texts/emails — it really allowed for my husband and I to think intentionally about the purchase without feeling pressured to make a decision too quickly. We were fortunate enough to get to work with Bryan again on our second visit to the dealership. We did a test drive of the car we wanted to purchase, and once we said we were ready to move forward, the entire process moved smoothly from there. Bryan patiently walked us through every step, and we never once felt like we were being upsold or taken advantage of. Buying a car is a big decision and a significant purchase, and it was so refreshing for our experience with the dealership and our assigned technician to be stress-free! If you can make it there on a weekday, I’d highly recommend doing that — our first visit was on a Saturday, and the place was (not surprisingly) absolutely packed with customers! We spent about 4 hours there test driving 3 cars. Thankfully, the reception area is quite large and there is plenty of seating. Our second visit was on a weekday evening and it was much quieter, so we were able to be taken care of immediately with minimal wait times between each step. We spent 3.5 hours there from arrival to departure, and I would imagine that we would have been there much, much longer if we had gone to make the purchase on a Saturday. More
