Great Customer Service! I had a great experience at Moritz Kia Alliance in Fort Worth. Both Bryan Vick and Steve Potter took good care of me. After inquiring about a car onli I had a great experience at Moritz Kia Alliance in Fort Worth. Both Bryan Vick and Steve Potter took good care of me. After inquiring about a car online, Bryan quickly let me know that it was available. When I arrived at the dealership, Bryan greeted me and introduced me to Steve who then showed me the car. He was very knowledgeable about all of its features and answered all my questions. Since I live a far way from the dealership, they even arranged a way for me to be picked up from my house, so I could drive off the lot with my car. Overall - I had a great experience at this dealership. Top notch customer service. They were kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the car and the process. I highly recommend going to Moritz Kia Alliance. More

Above and Beyond! We found a used Kia Soul on the website late one Saturday. We found out Monday it had sold. The group at Moritz found us another one, got it delivered We found a used Kia Soul on the website late one Saturday. We found out Monday it had sold.
