Excellent Sales person! We found a vehicle via the internet and contacted the dealership. We received an email from Trent the next morning to confirm the internet price and t We found a vehicle via the internet and contacted the dealership. We received an email from Trent the next morning to confirm the internet price and to invite us to set up an appointment. The vehicle was at the front of the showroom for us to look at when we arrived and Trent greeted us with all the information on the vehicle. Based on our feedback he showed us a second vehicle, which we test drove and ultimately purchased. We reviewed the price, available rebates and negotiated a price while our trade-in was being inspected. Trent was very patient with our questions and based on research on this particular vehicle ahead of time, we truly feel we received the best price he was able to offer. For customers wanting to finance a portion of the sales price we highly recommend you secure loan information beforehand to compare with the interest rate offered at the dealership. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever Found the exact car I was looking for on their website, but since I was from Oklahoma I asked if they could send me some pictures of the car before I Found the exact car I was looking for on their website, but since I was from Oklahoma I asked if they could send me some pictures of the car before I made the trip down. Brad went a step further and sent me a personalized video of the car. It already had the tinting and pin striping that I wanted, and was cleaned up, gassed up, and waiting for me when I arrived. It was very easy to work out the financial details by email, and I felt like the price was fair. The dealership is so nice, but even more important..... everyone was very friendly and professional. Looking forward to going back for service! More

Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Had So Far From the moment I arrived at the lot, I was greeted with courtesy and assistance. Brad was well prepared, had everything I requested in order to facil From the moment I arrived at the lot, I was greeted with courtesy and assistance. Brad was well prepared, had everything I requested in order to facilitate a smooth and seamless buying experience. He spent time hearing my story and needs in buying a car, engaged in relating to me as a client and individual, handled his business expediently and kept me informed as to where we were in the process. Brad sent me a courtesy reminder text the day before my appointment with him, and Bryan sent me a pre-appointment email the same day of the appointment, and stopped by to say hello, introduce himself and welcome me to the dealership shortly after I arrived. Both of the gentlemen involved in the finance aspect of the appointment and toward finalizing the purchase agreement, Mike & Mike, were sharp, quick, straightforward and clear in their explanations of what my options were, and they were also very respectful, professional and excellent in helping to close the financial side of the purchase and paperwork. In two hours, I was into the dealership, test drove my car, worked through financing details, signed the paperwork, handed the keys, guided through in car demonstrations and set up by Brad, and on my way about my day. I’ve had previous car buying experiences that were literally days of dealing with things to get a car, with long stretches and long hours of being isolated in waiting through the car buying process, had terms change after being told things would contractually be a certain way. My experience with Brad Bunch and Moritz Kia in Alliance was the exact and pleasant opposite. Brad and the team worked quickly together to get me into a great vehicle that fit my needs perfectly at a good price and Good terms for me, and hopefully was also a really good, beneficial and profitable win for Brad as the salesman and the dealership as a whole. After spending time in conversation with Brad, I believe he has a bright and valuable future in his role at Moritz, and will be glad to refer him if I come across people locally who may be in the market for a new car. Because of my experience at the dealership, I can confidently and without hesitation highly recommend Brad and Moritz Kia to anyone that asks me, or that I hear that’s looking for a good car. Thanks to each who were involved in making this to be the best car buying experience so far for me. More
