I was upset at first because my oil change was taking excessively long until they explained that one of the filters that needed replacing wasn't in house & they had to get from local part store which is excessively long until they explained that one of the filters that needed replacing wasn't in house & they had to get from local part store which is why it took longer than I felt it should.
