We tried to make an appointment for an oil change over the phone & then the computer but were unsuccessful for some reason. However, we had to go to Lake City for a medical appointment and just stopped in the phone & then the computer but were unsuccessful for some reason. However, we had to go to Lake City for a medical appointment and just stopped in at Rountree Moore and they did the change for us without the appointment almost right away. Excellent customer service!! Not only was I able to drop my truck off early for scheduled service but I was also able to get a ride to work - ON TIME. I've always heard "People won't remember what you did my truck off early for scheduled service but I was also able to get a ride to work - ON TIME. I've always heard "People won't remember what you did for them, but they'll always remember how you made them feel." and that is 100% true. Bryan in Service went above and beyond to make my experience one that any customer would appreciate. He was very kind, patient, and full of information - even at an early hour. He took the time to check me in and explain what all was going to be done during the service. And, after the service was complete he also sent me a short video of the vehicle letting me know that it was ready. Who does that?? Other places won't even call you to tell you that your vehicle is ready and he sent an actual video of my clean vehicle saying that it was ready to be picked up. In my eyes THAT is the very definition of customer service. Bryan personifies excellence in dealing with customers and ensuring that they feel welcome at this dealership. His professionalism knows no bounds and I feel like LOTS of other folks in this industry could learn a myriad of lessons from him. Please send my regards to this gentleman because for me, on the day of my service, he made me feel important - and that goes a long long way to some. Thank you Rountree Moore Chevrolet for putting excellent people like Bryan out front to represent your business. He has done you proud! More

The Service Writer, Bryan, was very professional and handled my issue promptly. I didn't have to wait long to be waited on and the work was completed while I waited. Thanks Bryan. If I could give more stars I would. We were on vacation in Florida and friends of ours had our vehicle headed home to Michigan. Unfortunately, our vehicle left them stranded with their family on the side o in Florida and friends of ours had our vehicle headed home to Michigan. Unfortunately, our vehicle left them stranded with their family on the side of the highway while we were already back home in Michigan. Bryan and his team allowed our vehicle to be towed to their dealership and began working on it first thing Monday to find the issue (blown engine). Bryan handled dealing with every aspect of the repair, our warranty company, being sure to keep us informed, not giving us a runaround like previous dealerships have here in Michigan, and even did plenty of leg work on his days off to get our vehicle done as quickly as possible, and our bill was not only extremely reasonable, but pretty well exactly what he said it would be when I arrived. He also made sure his mechanics took extra attention to our vehicle knowing we were coming from out of town to drive it back home 1200 miles (along with a fresh car wash) and he consistently responded quickly every time we called. Reliable and trustworthy business is merely impossible to come by these days and these guys are it. Also, once we came to pick up our vehicle, every single person checked to be sure we were being helped. I can’t rave about this dealership enough. More
