Excellent customer service!! Not only was I able to drop my truck off early for scheduled service but I was also able to get a ride to work - ON TIME. I've always heard "People won't remember what you did my truck off early for scheduled service but I was also able to get a ride to work - ON TIME. I've always heard "People won't remember what you did for them, but they'll always remember how you made them feel." and that is 100% true. Bryan in Service went above and beyond to make my experience one that any customer would appreciate. He was very kind, patient, and full of information - even at an early hour. He took the time to check me in and explain what all was going to be done during the service. And, after the service was complete he also sent me a short video of the vehicle letting me know that it was ready. Who does that?? Other places won't even call you to tell you that your vehicle is ready and he sent an actual video of my clean vehicle saying that it was ready to be picked up. In my eyes THAT is the very definition of customer service. Bryan personifies excellence in dealing with customers and ensuring that they feel welcome at this dealership. His professionalism knows no bounds and I feel like LOTS of other folks in this industry could learn a myriad of lessons from him. Please send my regards to this gentleman because for me, on the day of my service, he made me feel important - and that goes a long long way to some.
