We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the warranty you purchased in 2014 with the car. Once we found that the item was not covered under warranty, we tried other avenues to get you some assistance with the repair. Unfortunately, struts are susceptible to the environment and the Factory Warranty had expired due to mileage. If we could think of anything else to do for you we certainly would have tried that as well. If you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to give me a call. HMM. I doubt very much that everything was done. Bryan wall sits in the service dept and could have intervened at any time. There is something fishy going on with the billing in the service dept. I always have to call Lincoln customer care to get things covered. I was told the airbag wasn't covered eiher but once I called Lincoln...wow it was covered!!! I sincerely hope that future customers are treated better than I was.
