Service/ warranty I purchased. Premium care warranty when I bought my2012 Lincoln MKZ. I constantly had to call Lincoln to have repairs covered. The service manager bec I purchased. As a woman I feel that I was taken advantage of. I thought this was a nice family owned business and I was buying American to support Americans. Save yourself some $ and find an honest ford dealer.
