All transaction and signing went smooth. Associate M.Ball, I have to say, not very pleasant to work with, ignorance and unprofessional. As a salesperson he should have demo the functions and features of vehicle, even though it was a Toyota. He should have used proper language for clients, unlike racial stereotype, language proficiency, education level, or career. I understand he was trying to wam up, but irregulated language is rude! Dealership is overall recommended anyway. More

I will admint that my car buying experience is somewhat limited, but before purchasing I explored multiple Toyota dealers, and working with Josh Tulledge and Ed Martin was superior by far. All of the folks I worked with were engaging, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful, as opposed to other dealerships I felt barely worked for the business. The only constructive criticism I have was that on the day of purchase, I felt things could have been structured differently to be more efficient. Specifically, I would have liked to review financing options ahead of time, or that could have been performed concurrently with a lot of the rest of the steps so I wasn't there for so long. I also would have liked to review all of the products / pitches they gave me ahead of time, although I understand that is somewhat of a tactic. All in all I was very pleased with the purchase process (service throughout and advice given). I'm looking forward to continuing the relationship through maintenance. More
