We were on the hunt for a black on black ‘24 grand platinum Highlander and we called around to many dealerships. I would say Bryan was the first sales person to show initiative that we had talked to o platinum Highlander and we called around to many dealerships. I would say Bryan was the first sales person to show initiative that we had talked to on the phone and he nicely recommended I come in and see what they could do and offer. In the end we put a deposit down for one and waited for it come in. Bryan kept us up to speed with the entire process of when the SUV would be arriving on the lot. The day we came to take delivery, Bryan was very attentive and helped us every step of the way. Thankfully everything went good and we left very happy!
