They only gave me one key fob when I bought the car and promised to have another one made fore me after I took delivery. That never happened. I purchased a new Telluride on the first weekend of January 2025. After signing all of the paperwork they realized that they could not find the second key fob. I was promised by the salesperson that he would follow up and never did. He also lied about being able to have one mailed. I know now that is not technically possible. I spoke with him the following week and reminded him via phone. After three weeks, I left a voice mail and he did not return my call. I decided to visit in-person again. I discovered that the salesperson had left. I spoke to a pair of sales managers while there. While I left with another pledge to follow up after having one of them smirk and shrug at me. I have no faith in them now. I guess I'll need to pay another dealer for a spare key. More
