Let me start by saying it’s sad that your service department doesn’t honor veterans with any veteran discounts. Now everyone knows that over 2 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change and tire department doesn’t honor veterans with any veteran discounts. Now everyone knows that over 2 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t mind so much when it was $79.00, but for $146.40 dollars that’s way too long to have to wait. I would rather have an appointment and a cheaper option. You might want to consider doing that instead of wasting people time and money. I had asked Matthew to let me know what it would cost to replace the plastic cover for the jack at the rear bumper and I paid $146.40 waited over 2 hours and never got a response about the part or anything. More

The wait was too long. I understand they were short staffed but they didn’t bother to let me know after sitting there for 3 hours (which was my original time estimate) tha I understand they were short staffed but they didn’t bother to let me know after sitting there for 3 hours (which was my original time estimate) that it was going to be another 2-3 hours. It would have been nice for them to communicate that with me so I could have made other arrangements and not wasted 3 hours of my morning there. I understand things happen but they could do a better job communicating with customers. I wouldn’t have even written a review except they asked so there ya go. They just didn’t seem bothered at all by the fact that they went way over their original time estimate. It was for a covered warranty fix so maybe that’s why it did not take precedence More

Truck broke down within 6 hours of owning it. Dealership didn’t pick up truck till 3-4 days later to fix the problem. Then took 2 weeks with the same “we don’t know what’s wrong yet” answer. Had Dealership didn’t pick up truck till 3-4 days later to fix the problem. Then took 2 weeks with the same “we don’t know what’s wrong yet” answer. Had to send the truck to ford. Ford fixed it within 2-3 days. The sales side of this dealership is only looking for your money and when they have it. They do not care at all about you. The rental they gave me had weed all over the passenger side seat and was dirty. Had to detail it myself before I could go to work. More

They had the exact corvette I wanted and were quick to help us. Even let me test drive it when other dealerships just looked at me funny. I was at the Serra dealership in jackson tn for 45 minutes. Thank you for doing an awesome job, and the professional courtesy that was extended to us! Services rendered were timely, and we drove away happy as a bug in a rug! Oh so grateful for the truck wash also courtesy that was extended to us! Services rendered were timely, and we drove away happy as a bug in a rug!
