The service technician was courteous and told me exactly what they were going to do and approximately how long it would be before the car was ready. When I drove into the service department, they were right what they were going to do and approximately how long it would be before the car was ready. Wait time is always terribly long. I arrived at 6:20 second person in line. Didn't leave until almost 10:00. Car was ready earlier but I wasn't notified.
