Bryce is my Service advisor and every interaction is professional and smooth. I truly appreciate the guy’s effort to make sure any of my mechanical problems are fixed. I had an outstanding experience at Sam Pack Chevrolet’s service department! The team went above and beyond, providing exceptional service from start to finish. They arranged a ride to and from work, keepin service department! The team went above and beyond, providing exceptional service from start to finish. They arranged a ride to and from work, keeping me on schedule while my car was being serviced. Throughout the day, I received regular updates on the progress, which gave me peace of mind. The technician even sent a personalized video showing the work being done, which was incredibly transparent and reassuring. Best of all, the repairs were completed right on time as promised. The professionalism and customer care were top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning to Sam Pack Chevrolet for any future service needs. Highly recommend! More
