There is always a chance that we need the OEM to step in and resolve a problem and it leaves us very helpless as you can imagine. We do business with this dealer on a daily basis and we are treated like family. You would be hard pressed to find anyone to stand up to the challenge of resolving a problem and caring for a customer as well as these guys do. Bryce oversees all the service needs and personally handles our problems when needed with service 2nd to none! You can count on everyone from the GM to the porters to take care of your needs. Few people take time out of their busy day to say "thank you" these days but I rely on you guys often to take care of my customers and I appreciate all you do. Thank you gentlemen! - Jason More

NEVER GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!! If I could have given them less than 1 star I would have. Not only are their prices outrageous but you will NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!! If I could have given them less than 1 star I would have. Not only are their prices outrageous but you will have a new problem or the same problem within a month of their so-called repair. I had a so called oil leak fixed 3 times! I had stopped using their service for a couple of years because everytime I had it serviced the next week I would have the same problem or a new problem but because I had the maintenance plan and the location was convenient I continued to go until my warranty ran out. When my warranty ran out I decided to have my repair done elsewhere which I did for a couple of years until this spring I received a invite to their spring service clinic where they would give you a free total diagnostic and since it was time for a oil change and radiator flush and they had new supposedly value prices I decided to give them a try. My car was running fine until that day. Suddenly I was informed I had a oil leak again for the 3rd time. Got that fixed, 1 week later I get a check coolant level indicator. I immediately call my service advisor and never receive a call back. 3 weeks later my car breaks down and has to be towed because all the coolant pours out. They tell me it has a crack in the radiator reservoir, and mind you prior to the radiator flush I had no radiator problems. I pay $808 and pick up my car and don't even make it home every indicator light in the world comes on. They take care of the tow back mind you a full diagnostic was supposedly done when they fixed the radiator and nothing showed up but now supposedly it needs a throttle assembly and intake boot and that will be $911 after I just paid $808 the day before. Needless to say I had my car towed away from there to another shop. Comes to find out that when they replaced the radiator reservoir a part came off and got stuck in the engine (no throttle assembly or intake boot problem that was quoted at $911). It was a quick fix of putting the band the fell off into the engine back on ($60). The shop I took it to even took pictures! Lessoned Learned never again will I do any business with this place. More
