This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Carver Toyota and it was an extremely smooth experience from start to finish. Due to an accident, I was in need of a new car and Bryce found me exactly what Toyota and it was an extremely smooth experience from start to finish. Due to an accident, I was in need of a new car and Bryce found me exactly what I was looking for and got it to the dealership for me super quickly. They were super understanding of some changes and delays caused by insurance and other external factors and had me in and out of the dealership with everything, including financing, squared away in under an hour. Not very polite. Definitely not a customer first experience. The service advisor definitely needs some training in customer service. Rather than arguing with a customer about things the response and the actions should’ve been. Let’s go find out what we can do to see where we have this misunderstanding. She argued with me about having an extended warranty that I had paid $3200 for telling me that I didn’t have one. And then saying well you need to go upfront and find out why it’s not here. Would someone spend $45,000 at your dealership they should definitely be treated with a little more respect. I was not being rude with her, but definitely questioning the charges of the bill. Given the fact also that I had a platinum extended warranty. I think there needs to be better coordination Between the finance people, the sales people, and the people in service. More
