PROS: I really enjoyed The friendly staff at mazda! They were definitely my kind of people, very friendly and relatible. They understood when I said, I wanted a specific car, and they did what they had They were definitely my kind of people, very friendly and relatible. They understood when I said, I wanted a specific car, and they did what they had to do to get me that car. Staff even went aboff and beyond. Regarding my trade and value to successfully get the vehicle I wanted. The staff went up on my trade in value to help benefit my purchase, wile trying their best to keep me at the monthly payment i said i could afford. Staff also helped me out with getting a low rate for insurance as I didn't have any to begin with. All in all a great experience for a first time car buyer. CONS: on my credit check I came up as an 802, Excellent credit, I feel this absolutely should have gotten me a better APR then 7.9% especially when I went into the mazda website and plugged in all my information for the exact car and my APR was a 5.9%. Even with an additional $900 being added for the remainder of my trade in i fell i should have qualified for an APR LESS then the "average"! And this was after my first offer of a whopping 9.7% APR.... no one with an 800+ credit score should be getting an offer with that hight of APR. ALL IN ALL: I'm very please with mazda and the staff. They made my car buying experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend chippewa Valley mazda to friends and family! More

Just bought a new/used Jeep from here and the service was great. There was one issue that came up during the buying process but they helped solve the issue and I walked out of the dealership that night with great.
