I had a great experience with Bryce. The finance department was predatory in their strategies of trying to sell me a warranty. One of the finance managers said, “I can’t guarantee the ca The finance department was predatory in their strategies of trying to sell me a warranty. One of the finance managers said, “I can’t guarantee the car you’re purchasing won’t need a new engine or transmission.” He was so desperate to sell me a warranty that he started bashing his own product. I went alone to finalize the sale and I can guarantee if my husband was with me they would have stopped after the first time I said no. I understand selling warranties gets the finance people a commission but after several no’s, they need to move on and finish the deal. More

I think it was a good experience buying a car with Reliable Nissen. I had fun interacting with your staff. They are friendly and want to sell you the vehicle you want.
