We arrived at the Wesley Chapel Lexus dealership to meet with the super tenacious, thorough, caring salesperson we had been negotiating with 4-days in a row on the phone, 42 miles away! From the time we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by the entire staff, Management, sales and admin. I have never felt so at home and relaxed with my decision to be at this dealership. We connected with Emily... Emily had copious notes from our telephone discussions. Simon introduced himself, great discussion. We were ready to close. While Emily was waiting for finance, she introduced us to the wonderful Cafe' , Service writer, parts dept personnel, and choice of two waiting areas while servicing a vehicle. Emily introduced us to so many employees. At this point I was thoroughly pleased we chose this dealership! #1 Emily , #2 the overwhelming attitude of those we met! "SHOUT OUT TO TIM SMITH" -GO ARMY TIM... This experience was unique to me as I have visited numerous dealerships in my life. I am an obsessive CAR ENTHUISAST. Now that we were indoctrinate, the best is yet to come!! Travis in Finance was a pleasure to deal with, great interpersonal skills.next- Emily said "Lets meet your new vehicle" As we enter the delivery area, a beautiful collection of dealer employees, Clapp loudly, cheer and congratulate us on our new purchase. Wow, I might have been emotional at that point. "HAPPY CUSTOMERS TELL A NUMBER OF OTHERS ABOUT THEI EXPERIENCE" To: the entire staff of this Dealership =GOD BLESS YOU ALL. Jim and Marlene Bauer. addendum, As we sat in the new vehicle (5:45 PM) Randy approached us to insure everything was ok. I mentioned the Lexus logo door lights on previous vehicle. (I purchase them after mkt). Randy said drive to other vehicle, that he would swap out .So while Randy performed manual labor Jim from sales jumped in back seat to increase my knowledge of Nav system. he accomplished and reiterated "Tiffany the support person" who travels to our home to cover all technical aspects of our vehicle!! couldnt ask for more-
