I've bought many cars in the past from many dealerships, and here at Lexus of Wesley Chapel, they truly, well Charles, makes you feel like family. He goes above and beyond in literally all aspects of the car buying experience, paperwork experience (which everyone hates) and the congratulatory experience at the end of your journey before driving off the lot. I won't be shopping anywhere else. Matter of fact I've now bought 2 cars from Charles all under 30 months time, and 2 for a family member. I can't speak for the rest of the sales men and women but this dealership and Charles goes above and beyond your expectations! Definitely recommend them. More

I had an appointment for a minor service & got a multi point inspection with the service. This inspection recommended $3,300 in repairs that were unnecessary. We brought our car to Lexus for a second opinion. We were very impressed with Jacob Rocha ( service ) . He took the time to get pictures to show us where the leaks were and explain everything. We would give him a 5 star plus . We also talked to Tyler Peck ( sales ) . We were thinking it was time to replace the car and asked about a used Lexus RX . They had a used 2015 on the lot . After some thought we decided it was time to turn our 2009 Lexus in . Tyler was wonderful with the sales process . Once the paperwork was done , he took the time to go over everything on the car . We would highly recommend Tyler Peck also and give him a 5 star plus . The financial aspect ( signing papers ) was done with Chad . He made the process very easy . We can highly recommend Lexus Westley Chapel ( service and sales ) . More
