Just bought a brand new passat, they were nice and we were able to negotiate the price over email, which was perfect. I will not hesitate to use them again. A great experience-we're very grateful. We were very impressed with Bryn and the dealership. When we called for an appointment we told him we weren't sure if we preferred a Mazda CX-5 or a V We were very impressed with Bryn and the dealership. When we called for an appointment we told him we weren't sure if we preferred a Mazda CX-5 or a Volvo XC40. When we came in he had 4 cars washed, sanitized and lined up with the engines running and the air conditioning cooling the interiors for my wife and I to take out on test drives. Cold bottled water was waiting for us too inside the cars. We narrowed down our preferred car but wanted a color he didn't have at that time. He found it in Denver and personally picked it up and brought it to the Bob Penkhus dealership where it was detailed. He gave us an hour and a half briefing on it's features. William was also helpful and Maria coordinated our appointment. The price for the new car and the trade in allowance were very fair. Bryn has followed up, making sure any additional questions are answered. Thanks very much to Bryn Reynolds and the whole staff at Bob Penkhus. More

Quite honestly I'm shocked at how much I truly enjoyed buying a car here. As a first time car buyer I've had problems with feeling overwhelmed by other sales-persons and happened to "jump ship" from a dea buying a car here. As a first time car buyer I've had problems with feeling overwhelmed by other sales-persons and happened to "jump ship" from a deal at another dealership because it was so confusing and nothing was explained to me. In this case, Bryn was so patient, and very informative about all of the paperwork and the entire process of how to purchase a vehicle. I cannot think of one thing that was a negative during this journey. He was sweet to my 4yr old daughter and made sure she had snacks and had no issues with her talking to him for as long as we were there. He never got annoyed with her or got frustrated with the amount of questions she or I asked. He was even patient while I dealt with setting up a brand new insurance policy. I definitely would recommend friends, and family to this dealership. They all are very informative and professional. More

DEEP curb scuffed alloy wheels on my new 2020 V60 CC looked awful. Thought they would need to be replaced. They got them refinished. Look like new again!!! looked awful. Thought they would need to be replaced. They got them refinished. Look like new again!!! More

I was so impressed from the minute I stepped onto the lot all the way thorough the buying process. Bryn was our sales associate and very personable and patient.
