Bryn was so welcoming when we walked in and was enthusiastic about getting us the best deal! He was very personable and engaging ! William from management was very nice to work with as well, he was willing to hear out our requests and expectations regarding the price of features of the car. Neither of them were pushy with the prices and were extremely empathetic towards our needs. My boyfriend and I had driven from Lafayette and had mentioned that we hadn’t eat in a while, Bryn didn’t hesitate to bring us water and snacks to tie us over. I had the worst experience at a different dealer the previous week, so I was genuinely so appreciate of the service! Keep doing what you’re doing Bob Penkhus! More

He even stayed late to accommodate our needs and spent the extra time and energy to customize my car settings and teach me all of the ins and outs of my new Volvo.
