"Sweating Bullets" We ordered a 3500 HD Dually on March 8, 2017. We thought it would be in, in 8 weeks. At 10 weeks it still had not even been produced. We were sweatin We ordered a 3500 HD Dually on March 8, 2017. We thought it would be in, in 8 weeks. At 10 weeks it still had not even been produced. We were sweating bullets. We pull a fifth wheel camper & already had 4 trips booked for May & June. Joe Tedesco & Chris Klausz assured us they would do whatever it takes to make it happen. They even went so far as to tell us they would purchase a used vehicle for us to use if we could not get our new vehicle in time.. They ended up finding us an exact duplicate truck of the one we ordered in Delaware. They went & picked it up for us. We couldn't be happier, we got the truck one week before our first trip. Jim is just the best--made the transition from my old leased car to my new one so easy. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped show how all the features in the car worked, but he was great too. Bryon Chew, owner, came over and introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I also had trouble with my blue tooth phone connection this week, popped into Buzz Chew and Tony fixed the problem in minutes.
