Christian was very friendly, professional, super knowledgeable and no pressure. He was extremely helpful after the sale to go over the features and functionality before I left the dealership in my new vehicle. Chris was excellent - he was helpful, knowledgeable and his follow-up was great. This is our second purchase from a Jim Ellis dealer and the second experience was as good or better than the first.
