A salesman that is willing to go the extra mile. I've been to Chevrolet for the past two vehicles I've owned. When I was introduced to Chris, I got a good vibe that he would be able to get me into my I've been to Chevrolet for the past two vehicles I've owned. When I was introduced to Chris, I got a good vibe that he would be able to get me into my next new car. We looked around at the new Cruzes and a couple other cars. we weren't able to get my payments where I wanted. Chris didn't give up tough. He walked me through the used lot to find my new car. A 2017 Honda Accord. we worked about 7 hours to be able to get me into this car. He helped me find a good finance group. He gave me an insurance company that was reliable and affordable. Chris did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He even followed me to be able to take my other vehicle home to drive my new car off the lot. Everyone at Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC of Murfreesboro are tremendous help and courteous to your needs. Chris especially made sure if I needed a drink or a snack. Or if I didn't understand something. He was more than happy to explain everything in great detail. To top it off, He threw in car washes, bumper to bumper coverage for 72,000 miles and a lifetime powertrain warranty. This was by far my best experience at any dealership and Chris made sure of that. More

Once I narrowed down what I wanted, the dealership had to search to find the vehicle in the color I had selected. Josh went to that dealership on his day off to be certain the vehicle indeed matched what I wanted and notified me when it was at the dealership. He took pictures and sent as well. He was always respectful and pleasant and made what can often be a tedious experience as pleasant as possible, going out of his way to work with us on finding my Acadia Denali and getting the best trade in value. More
