As a general rule, I HATE car shopping. I get tired of the numerous attempts to extract maximum dollars from the customer by all branches of the dealership. Being the third vehicle I have bought at Arbogast we have been very pleased with all dealings we have had. The last vehicle we bought was a Pontiac Torrent. We were just looking around at the time looking to trade our 2006 Gran Prix. Our salesman was Buck Buxton at the time. Buck is very knowlegeable about cars & a very good salesman. He can answer your questions & asks someone if he doesn't know the answer. It was a pleasure dealing with him & all others at Arbogast. One can see that this young man enjoys his job very much and when you like what you are doing both he and the dealership benefits greatly. The service dept.has always been very pleasant to work with. As we live in Greenville,about 30 miles west,they have always worked very well setting up any appointments with us. Hope to see your dealership and it's employees in business for many years. We had no intention of looking for a vehicle. We were accompanying our son who was interested in a vehicle and we happened to see the SUV in passing. We were approached by Buck Buxton and he offered us accompanying our son who was interested in a vehicle and we happened to see the SUV in passing. We were approached by Buck Buxton and he offered us a test drive of the MBenz SUV and we really liked the drivability of the auto, condition and the price seemed to be within the range we've seen for the model and yr. of the vehicle. I was very happy with my Sonata, but had been really wanting something a little larger with more protection and I found that w/the MBenz. We were very pleased with the service provided by Buck as he was very helpful, courteous, and not a pushy type sales person. Had we been approached by someone that came across to us as pushy or insistent on the sale I can tell you we would not have made the purchase and probably never been back....we've done that with some car dealers in the area. I was treated very fairly with the price of my trade-in and if you need to finance they have every possiable avenue to get that done. I want you to know that your vehicle you purchase will receive "FREE" washes for as long as you own the vehicle, all you need to do is see your sales person and they will take care of you.
