Seven dealerships for various makes and then Sport Mazda North. Purchasing a vehicle right now is taxing mentally and very time consuming. Vehicles listed in inventory are a lie. My initial visit earlier in the day started with Earnest. I had to leave to an appointment but decided to return to make the purchase of the CX-5 I test drove. Aaron picked up the process to complete along with Alex. I also eventually worked with Bud Daley in finance and Beth Campbell in customer relations. Everything was very smooth and transparent along the way. I was in immediate need of a vehicle so I was grateful that things went the way they did. I will recommend the dealership to friends and I'm enjoying my vehicle. More

so far my experience after the purchase of our 22 cx5 from North Mazda has been excellent. the young woman working the service desk, Valentina i believe, has outstanding customer service and together wi from North Mazda has been excellent. the young woman working the service desk, Valentina i believe, has outstanding customer service and together with the director helped walk the line between whats best for my vehicle and what is possible in times of shortages, covid, etc. While my only issues with the vehicle has been cosmetic, that didn't affect the dealerships attention to my concerns or their call to action. i feel confident continuing to bring the vehicle for its feature services and truly appreciated the way the staff carried themselves during my visits. More
