The whole experience was wonderful, the staff is all friendly and they really do make you feel like part of the family. The manager had come to check on me as well during the process and was also very friendly. The entire experience was very pleasant. Once all the paperwork was done and I was ready to go, Buddy hopped in the car with me and showed me everything I needed to know about the car, which was above and beyond what is expected. More

Best Car buying Experience!!! I been searching for a car, a car that I would love to drive and that kind of vehicle is Volkswagen. I found that specific car in a couple of VW deale I been searching for a car, a car that I would love to drive and that kind of vehicle is Volkswagen. I found that specific car in a couple of VW dealerships so I put my information for each dealership to contact me but thats not enough since I want to visit a dealership that doesnt give me a hard time, a run around or haggle the price. I went to each VW dealerships website in LA county and Orange county area. I read all the reviews and there was only one that caught my attention which was the VW San Juan Capistrano. All the reviews are positive when buying a new or used vehicles and also the service department seems to be fast and friendly to deal with. A lot of VW dealerships contacted me but there was that one sales associate that took time to sent me a video of the car that I was inquiring about and that was VWCapistrano. Steve Skinner sent me a video of the car and that was nice. After a few weeks I called the dealership and spoke to one of the sales associate named Buddy Holguin. I made an appointment to visit and see if all the reviews were true about this dealership. Then my experience begun when I walked in thru the parking lot were buddy greeted me. He walk me to the vehicle I was looking for, he was so informative, he showed and demonstrate all the feautures of the car, very knowledgeable, very friendly, easy to talk to, very nice and has a positive attitude. I can tell buddy loves his job. When I had a question about the numbers it was good timing, Paul Clark from finance department step in, to clarify and make me understand about it. My response after was a Big smile on my face. Also, when I was walking out to my new car Tom Deering from New car sales manager came out to ask me if everything was good and my respond was " It was great". Thank YOU VWCapo and all the employees that made it possible to have this Best experience. I conclude that all the positive comments they say about this dealership is true. Capo VW went above and beyond the call of duty: fair price, terms, and trade-in value for the exact car I wanted. Buddy Holguin was my first contact online and over the phone. Very good to work with, and the VW team backs him up. I wasw considering a Ford Focus or C-Max or Prius befroe talking to my gear-head friends. (wanted a 6-speed 4 cyclinder Camry but they don't make'm any more and this thing is better anyway) Gear-heads all told me the same thing: VW Passat TDI diesel, 6 speed; torque control with the stick and diesel that will outlast you. Seriously, If you're in the market for a new car: Go to CapoVW; ask for Buddy. More
