I worked with Buddy and he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicular needs were met, and that I got into the car I desired. He was neither too pushy, nor aggressive. He also didn't hassle me about purchasing immediately, which other salespeople have done in the past. He was quick with providing me with the answers and quotes, and the people he worked with seemed to act quickly on my questions as well. Gates Hyundai gave me a straightforward great price on the vehicle, and later, when their competitors tried to sway me away from my decision and match their offer (although they had not given me a better price earlier), it was a no-brainer for me to go through with Gates Hyundai and close the deal with them.
