This is during covid, I set up an appointment to test drive a Hyundai palisade SEL and when I went there found out they didn't have the 8 seater I wanted. So I asked if I could still drive it and the sal drive a Hyundai palisade SEL and when I went there found out they didn't have the 8 seater I wanted. So I asked if I could still drive it and the sales guy wanted me to commit to put a deposit down to test drive another one because they didn't want to run up the miles on a car I might not buy. Although I haven't bought a car in 20 years i thought car salespersons (heck any sales person) would have wanted to help the customer out, but not this bunch. What really had me peeved was us taking the risk to go out there with masks etc. if you care about a customer running up 2 miles in your car, please do your customer a favor and don't invite them in for a test drive! More

I’d like to start off by stating that buying a car as a woman can be a little intimidating. I had not so nice experiences at other dealerships and this unfortunately left me on guard. Byron was extremely sensitive to my conservative way of doing business and he rose to the challenge and treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Bryon is Knowledgable and Kind! I just recently bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox from Byron at global Auto Mall. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable about the car and its accessories, an I just recently bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox from Byron at global Auto Mall. Being bilingual was a plus because I brought my mother with me and they were able to communicate easily and it made the experience even better.
