Before this manager spoke to me that way, I had showed a document that proved the OTD price I agreed with the Sales Representative to another manager who also tried to get me to sign the buyer’s order with the hiked-up price. The Finance Manager was also very arrogant and mean. He was also not happy with me because I did not sign the higher priced document. More

I was put in touch with Jose through a mutual friend while I was looking for a new car. I had the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I looked at the dealer website for the exact models I was l while I was looking for a new car. I had the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I looked at the dealer website for the exact models I was looking at and I had the numbers for both models in 30 minutes WITHOUT having to be there. I liked what I saw , stopped by, text drove the Tacoma TRD sport , had the keys and was home in 1.5 hours. Insane to think about. Everything was exactly as stated. Not a single difference from what he said to what I saw on paper. Even Lorenzo in finance was amazing.
