I had a good experience with the salesman Cannon Rico. My problem was with the finance guy Roger (idk his real name, his last name is Shah). He told me that Keesler credit union was “requiring” me (his wo My problem was with the finance guy Roger (idk his real name, his last name is Shah). He told me that Keesler credit union was “requiring” me (his words) to purchase gap and an extended warranty. Well I called Kessler TWICE and also read their lending guidelines online, and every way I looked into, it was always the that they DEFINITELY DO NOT “require” this add ons, and it also states that it will NEVER be part of their decision to approve. And I told this to Mr Roger, and he flat out refused to take the add ons off and give me straight financing. So anyway, long story short, Cannon went and talked to someone, and got the financing done without the add ons. So I don’t want to call Mr Shah a liar, but I’m pretty sure there were some unsavory lending practices going on there. Other than him, and that incident, everything was great. More
