Joe Bowman is the only place I have gone for oil changes since I bought my truck new in 2018. It's always been a good experience. This time, however, I noticed oil under my truck after being home for a few since I bought my truck new in 2018. It's always been a good experience. This time, however, I noticed oil under my truck after being home for a few minutes. The entire team was great when I took my truck in the next morning. They checked to make sure everything was tightened properly. They changed my oil again. Cleaned off the oil that covered the side, and underneath the engine. It was surmised that oil had been spilled during the filter change. Although all the oil spilled on the engine was less than expected, the steps to rectify the situation were stellar. It was the high level of of customer service that I have come to expect, and get every Vista. It keeps me coming back. More
