Salesman was excellent to deal with. (Which is why I can give a 1 star) The manager is totally unethical. I live 3.5 hours from the dealership but made a deal with salesman on vehicle, including purchase agreement in place giving a deposit and had a certified check to pay the balance in purchase agreement on the vehicle as it was going to be two business days before I could het to the dealership. Salesman called me today on Saturday and his exact words were my manager sold the vehicle out from under me even though said manager knew there was a deposit put down on the vehicle. I did receive my deposit back, and at least was notified in advance of making a wasted 7 hour trip! The management of this dealership is again very unethical. I actually felt sorry for the salesman who was very helpful, because he lost a committed sale. Way to go Adams Auto dealership and manager, (Chance) for cheating your own employee out of his commission. More

I actually bought from the South Charlotte dealer. No hidden sneaky fees and/or packages you don’t want either. Everything is clearly explained and broken down for you. Craig was my rep and he is super friendly and chill! He felt like a long time friend from the start. Definitely made my first time car buying experience stress free and easy! Highly recommend seeing him!! Awesome service and friendly staff overall!! Highly recommend the South Charlotte dealer to everyone. Well worth a two and a half hour drive one way to do business!! More

DON'T DO IT. ..I contacted them about a vehicle that was online...I wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available....I was told it was but that they could no ..I contacted them about a vehicle that was online...I wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available....I was told it was but that they could not deal me in person..."company policy"...I drove 2 hours to the dealer and guess what...NO TRUCK...the old bait and switch routine...put a bunch of stuff online that you don't have...get the customer there...try and sell something else...I obviously left and drove 2 hours back home...2 days later I get a text asking if I am still interested in the truck they don't have...unbelievable...they don't even communicate to each other who the screw over...zero integrity...zero competence...I would take a vehicle for free from these guys More

I couldn't get to the dealership until Saturday and made an appointment. It's a 2 hour drive. I was called every day by the dealer to be sure I was coming for the appointment. 4 calls. I drove up Saturday, and Surprise! it was just sold the night before!. AND NOT 1 CALL TO TELL ME NOT TO COME. I asked to speak with a manager, and he found the file on the top of the files in a drawer. No. Sold yesterday. AND THEN he had the nerve to tell me I should have called before driving up there. 4 calls in 3 days to make sure I was coming, but 0 consideration after they 'sold' it. But don't worry, for 4 grand more we can sell you another car. Just take out a longer term on your loan! Bait and switch. Fell for the teaser add. Live up to every low down stereotype of a used car salesman out there. xxxx bags. More

**** Beware Horrible Dealership**** So I purchased a Ford F250 that was tuned & deleted also purchased a warranty with the vehicle as the salesman convinced me this is the way to go in the diesel world! Ford F250 that was tuned & deleted also purchased a warranty with the vehicle as the salesman convinced me this is the way to go in the diesel world! Well it’s definitely not!!! The warranty company will not even touch the vehicle because it’s illegal to purchase or sell a tune and deleted diesel even if you live in a non-emissions state it’s federally illegal. I’ve been contacting upper management for months and I’ve got nowhere all I asked was to trade my vehicle out for another diesel that had emissions on it as I use this vehicle for Towing my camper and God for bid I get stuck out of state trying to find a shop to work on this vehicle which most mechanics and dealerships will not touch! I’m hoping this dealership makes it right but looking at all the other reviews I’m not holding my breath! More
