Dealership was very unorganized, unethical, & all over the place. i put my deposit down on a car a MONTH before it even arrived at the lot. When the car reached the lot, i signed the paperwork, got owners the place. i put my deposit down on a car a MONTH before it even arrived at the lot. When the car reached the lot, i signed the paperwork, got ownership of the car, & financed the car. Unfortunately, i could not drive the car off the lot that day because i did not have insurance on the car yet. i came back a day later to pick up the car once my insurance was finalized, just to find out that they gave my car to another customer who had “manufacturer issues” on their old vehicle, even though my deposit for this car was paid A MONTH before the car even made it to the lot. very disappointing experience. 0/10. More
