Customer service is horrible. I dropped off my car for service, two days later my service advisor quits and I didn’t get my car until a week later. My car sat there with no one knowing what happened. . . Now I was appointed a new service advisor that never answers the phone when I try to schedule an appointment for service. I leave a voicemail and don’t get a call back. I always have to call the main phone number for the service department and talk to the first service representative that picks up to get assistance. . It’s annoying and frustrating and I decided to switch to another Volkswagen location. More

They have short staff, I dropped my car at 9: am and I got the diagnostic around 3:30 pm after I bothered them with my phone calls to see what is going on.
